Age Requirement
Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol (beer & wine), tobacco, vape products, and other age-restricted items through Menus2U. Age verification is required before viewing product details and again at the time of delivery.
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery for all age-restricted orders. The ID must be unexpired and clearly show your photograph, date of birth, and name.

Orders May Be Refused
Our drivers are trained to verify age and identity for all age-restricted deliveries. If a valid ID cannot be presented, or if the ID does not match the order information, the driver will refuse delivery of the age-restricted items. In such cases, the age-restricted items will be refunded, but the delivery fee and any non-restricted items will still be delivered and charged.
No Delivery to Intoxicated Individuals
Menus2U is a responsible seller. Our drivers will not deliver alcohol to anyone who appears to be visibly intoxicated. If the recipient appears intoxicated, the alcohol portion of the order will be refused and refunded. This policy is in place for the safety of our customers and community.
Customer Must Be Present
The customer who placed the order must be physically present to receive age-restricted deliveries. We cannot leave age-restricted products unattended at the door, with a neighbor, or with anyone other than the verified customer. If the customer is not present, the age-restricted items will be returned and refunded.

- ID must match the name on the order
- Products cannot be left unattended
- A different person cannot accept age-restricted items on your behalf
