By accessing and using the Menus2U website and mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Ordering
When you place an order through Menus2U, you are entering into a transaction with the store or restaurant fulfilling your order. Menus2U acts as a delivery and ordering platform. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery
Delivery is provided at a flat rate of $3 per order within our service area. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Menus2U is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or store operations.

Memberships
Menus2U offers optional membership plans (Plus and Premium) that provide additional benefits such as free delivery on qualifying orders, priority service, and enhanced rewards. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Age-Restricted Products
Alcohol (beer & wine), tobacco, and other age-restricted products are available only to customers 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. The recipient must be present and not visibly intoxicated. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if ID cannot be verified.

Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely at the time of order placement. Cash payments are collected at delivery. Prices include applicable sales tax. Tips are optional and go directly to your driver.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and delivery information
- Be available to receive orders at the estimated delivery time
- Present valid ID for age-restricted deliveries
- Treat drivers and store staff with respect
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes
- Pay for all orders placed under your account
Limitation of Liability
Menus2U provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party stores and restaurants.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
