$3 Flat Marketplace Delivery
Standard Marketplace delivery is $3 per order within our available service area, regardless of item count. Eligible existing member benefits and valid delivery coupons are honored when applied at checkout. Restaurant, pharmacy, and other services may have different delivery fees, shown before payment.
No Hidden Fees
Marketplace checkout shows item prices, any eligible discounts, the applicable delivery fee, and sales tax before payment. We do not add hidden service fees or require tips.
Delivery Area
We deliver to eligible addresses in Melbourne and Palm Bay. Enter your address at checkout to confirm whether it is inside the currently available delivery area.
Delivery Hours
All delivery times are Eastern Time. Mon–Fri 11:00 AM – 4:00 AM · Sat–Sun 7:00 AM – 4:00 AM.
You can place an order at any time. Orders placed outside our open hours are scheduled for the next open delivery window, and you'll see the estimated delivery time before you check out.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 30–45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary based on order size, store availability, traffic, and weather conditions. You will receive real-time status updates throughout the process.
ID Required for Age-Restricted Products
For alcohol (beer & wine), tobacco, and other age-restricted products, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery. The customer must be 21 years of age or older and physically present to receive the order.
- Valid forms of ID: driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID
- The name on the ID must match the name on the order
- Orders may be refused if ID cannot be verified
- No delivery to visibly intoxicated individuals
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate, complete delivery address
- Be available to receive the order at the estimated delivery time
- Have valid ID ready for age-restricted deliveries
- Ensure someone 21+ is present for alcohol/tobacco orders
- Provide any necessary gate codes, apartment numbers, or delivery instructions
Driver Responsibilities
- Pick up the correct items from the specified store or restaurant
- Handle all items with care, especially fragile and perishable goods
- Deliver the order to the specified address in a timely manner
- Verify age and ID for all age-restricted deliveries
- Communicate any delays or issues through the app
